At Bolt & Rivet, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process.
- Exchange Policy
You may exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
- Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued only via bank transfer or payment gateway (no cash refunds).
Refund processing time may vary but usually takes 7–10 working days after approval.
- Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
Customers are responsible for sending the item back to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In case of a wrong or defective product received, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.
After this window, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed.
