We try to keep all product details, images, and prices accurate. However, mistakes can happen. If we find an error after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform you.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen display settings.
All sizes and measurements are approximate.

  1. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you.
Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is complete.

  1. Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Refunds, if applicable, are processed via bank transfer or payment gateway only (no cash refunds).

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days within city and 5–7 working days across Pakistan.
Delivery charges may apply and are shown at checkout.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  1. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After this, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
